Customer Experience Advisor – Banking Services

About the role

The Customer Experience Advisor will deliver high‑quality service to RAKBANK customers across phone, chat and digital channels. You will act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and guiding clients on banking products while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand and meet customers' banking needs.
• Provide accurate information on products, procedures and digital services such as internet and mobile banking.
• Resolve complaints, escalate complex cases and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities, including cross‑selling credit cards and other assigned products.
• Assist customers with e‑statement registration and differentiate between conventional and Islamic banking requests.
• Report suspected fraud or suspicious communications promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
