Customer Experience Agent - Arabic Speaker

About the role

Driven Properties, a leading Dubai real‑estate brokerage, is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Customer Experience Agent. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email and other digital channels while upholding the company’s premium service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication platforms.
• Respond professionally within established service level agreements.
• Qualify enquiries and route them to the appropriate sales, leasing or support teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Resolve or appropriately escalate customer complaints.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Listings, Marketing, Conveyancing and Operations.
• Support customer‑satisfaction initiatives and perform administrative follow‑ups as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service, contact‑centre or call‑centre environment.
• Comfortable handling phone and digital channels (WhatsApp, email, live chat).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
