Customer Experience Executive – Retail & Digital

About the role

The Customer Experience Executive will deliver high‑quality service across Kashkha’s retail and digital channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide product information.
• Guide customers through purchases, returns and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with store and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of customer‑centric initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with an empathetic, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to interact with diverse customer groups.
• Analytical ability to interpret feedback and track service metrics.
• Experience in retail, fashion or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment; additional languages are a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
