Customer Happiness Specialist – Call Center

About the role

Excellence Driving Center is looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist to join its call centre team in Dubai. The role is ideal for a customer‑service professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences and building positive relationships through effective communication and support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and in‑person interactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support.
• Guide customers throughout their journey and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

Required profile

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call centre, reception or a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of customer‑service best practices, telephone and call‑centre operations, and customer‑relationship‑management/complaint handling.
• Core Competencies: Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong telephone etiquette and a customer‑focused approach, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
