Customer Partner - Public Sector

About the role

As a Customer Partner for the public sector, you will act as the strategic architect of Kyndryl’s relationships with its most important government and public‑service clients in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with C‑suite executives to translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions, driving growth and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies that increase revenue, retain key customers and expand service scope.
• Identify new opportunities, lead renewals and introduce additional Kyndryl offerings while protecting existing revenue.
• Own the full P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Build and nurture executive relationships, acting as the trusted advisor for senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and partner teams to create seamless go‑to‑market motions.
• Leverage industry best practices to deliver tailored solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale public‑sector accounts with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and successful renewals.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior executives.
• Deep understanding of public‑sector business challenges and technology trends.
