About the role

As a Customer Relationship Officer at Emirates NBD, you will deliver excellent service to Priority Banking customers, aiming to boost their profitability and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Provide consistent, high-quality service to Priority Banking clients and ensure their expectations are met.
Validate and track TT, FD and account-maintenance requests, and oversee account opening and credit‑card applications.
Liaise with compliance and other departments to follow up on documentation and resolve issues.
Action and review CRM cases assigned to Priority Banking centres and set sales account targets.

Required profile

University degree in Business or Finance.
1–2 years of experience in a processing, back‑office or customer‑service function within a bank.

Required skills

Finacle.
Fin One.
Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Office.
