Customer Sales & Service Agent (SkyCargo)

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is looking for a front‑facing Customer Sales & Service Agent to work at its Dubai (DXB) or Dubai World Central (DWC) locations. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and cargo clients, helping them book tickets, purchase cargo solutions and receive comprehensive travel information.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Emirates air tickets, cargo products, Skywards membership, hotel bookings and ancillary services.
• Issue tickets in compliance with airline rules, ensuring all passport, visa and health requirements are communicated.
• Maintain and display promotional material, brochures and timetables at the service counter.
• Support the Team Leader with end‑of‑day sales reconciliation and cash handling.
• Create and nurture a database of potential customers, following up with calls and updates on new services.
• Respond to cargo quotation queries, track shipments and provide system support for self‑service on the website.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering a high‑quality experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain travel documentation requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow airline regulations and procedures.
• Proactive attitude for suggesting service improvements and upselling opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with airline reservation and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of cargo quotation and shipment tracking processes.
• Ability to handle cash and perform end‑of‑day financial reconciliation.
