Customer Service Agent (UAE National)

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will be the primary point of contact for passengers at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. Working at the Information Centre, you will ensure a seamless travel experience by providing accurate information, coordinating with airport authorities and handling special passenger needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide passengers, directing them to appropriate airport areas.
• Manage the Information Centre and respond to passenger inquiries in person and by telephone.
• Maintain terminal infrastructure and passenger facilities in the landside and terminal building.
• Coordinate with police, immigration, customs and other agencies to facilitate smooth passenger processing.
• Regulate queues at processing zones and oversee trolley management.
• Prepare operational documents, update records and ensure arrival‑hall readiness before flights.
• Handle mishandled baggage, lost‑and‑found reports and assist VIP, CIP, wheelchair and elderly passengers.
• Update flight information displays (FIDS), monitor schedule changes and manage passenger flow.
• Support VIP lounge operations and disseminate flight information to relevant authorities.
• Record passenger feedback, report incidents or accidents and assist with safety audits.

Required profile

• UAE national, eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work shifts and follow supervisor instructions.
• Organisational skills to manage documentation and queue control.
• Capability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including security and immigration.
