Customer Service Assistant – Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent service to our banking clients. You will handle inquiries, support routine transactions and help maintain smooth branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Support the processing of account openings, deposits, withdrawals and other routine banking transactions.
• Handle customer information and documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Maintain branch records, filing and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Uphold the bank’s service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑oriented environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
