Customer Service & Cashier

About the role

The Customer Service & Cashier will manage the front‑of‑house and warehouse activities for animal feed products at Grand Mills in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth sales transactions, accurate stock handling, and excellent service for both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and record animal feed inventory following company standards.
• Process sales transactions, maintain cash register records, and generate daily sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with primary warehouses and support loading/unloading of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked store environment.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Follow Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock‑count activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
• 3–4 years of experience in storekeeping, retail, or customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, public holidays, and shift variations.
• Readiness to relocate periodically between Agrivita stores in remote UAE locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Experience with ERP or billing and inventory software.
• Understanding of Good Warehouse Practices (GWP).
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
