Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the front‑line contact for customers at Agthia’s external warehouse outlets in Abu Dhabi. You will handle enquiries, process sales, maintain stock records and support daily store operations while ensuring compliance with Good Warehouse Practices and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and safely store incoming products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing and sales transactions, including cash register handling.
• Coordinate with central warehouses to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Keep the store clean, organized and well‑stocked; support loading, unloading and delivery activities as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Follow Good Warehouse Practices and Health, Safety & Environment standards.
• Prepare daily sales and stock reports and assist with periodic stock counts.

Required profile

• Prior experience in storekeeping, retail or customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of animal feed products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• Experience using billing software.
• Experience using inventory software.
