Customer Service Logistics Representative

About the role

AZTEC SHIPPINGS LLC is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Representative to join its Dubai team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, coordinating shipments and delivering timely updates on delivery status.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate shipment details with internal operations and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of logistics activities and customer requests.
• Monitor service performance, meet defined targets and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to align customer expectations with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities with a professional approach to problem solving.
• Prior experience in logistics or shipping is mandatory.
• Excellent phone etiquette, clear communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer literacy.
