Customer Service Manager – Middle East

About the role

Frequentis is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Middle East market to act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mission‑critical customers, ensuring successful delivery of support and maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service contracts, support services and change requests for customers in Air Traffic Management, Civil Aviation and Public Safety.
• Coordinate major incidents, problem management and service escalations with engineers, partners and customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop change requests and support presales activities.
• Supervise resources, budgets, profitability and provide reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in service delivery, customer service or technical account management within complex IT, telecommunications, aviation or public‑safety environments.
• Strong customer relationship, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Completed technical education in computer engineering, telecommunications or IT.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East and internationally (10‑30%).

Required skills

• ITIL knowledge or certification.
