Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim as a Customer Service Officer and deliver exceptional guest experiences across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai. You will support daily operations, handle ticketing and payments, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑level customer service in line with company SOPs.
• Support daily operations at MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle ticketing, sales, bookings and upsell products using the venue’s system platforms.
• Process cash, card and voucher payments accurately, issue receipts/refunds and perform cash reconciliation.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours and coordinate parties and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and professional standards while following health and safety instructions.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE family book holder.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail.
• Minimum high school education.
• Attention to detail, mathematical accuracy and ability to follow procedures.
