Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will support Daman Securities' retail and institutional clients by handling inquiries related to brokerage accounts, trading activity, market data, and product information. The role focuses on delivering a client‑centric experience while complying with SCA regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Provide accurate information on Daman Securities' products, services, trading platforms, and account features.
• Resolve issues concerning trade execution, account access, statements, and general service matters.
• Assist with account opening, KYC/AML documentation, funding, and withdrawals.
• Guide clients through platform navigation, order types, market data, and account activity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in compliance with SCA regulations.
• Record all client interactions in the CRM and identify opportunities for additional products.
• Collaborate with dealers, operations, settlement, compliance, and IT teams to address client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast‑paced environment.
