Customer Service Representative – EMEA (Dubai)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative for the EMEA region, you will provide both virtual and in‑person support to Middle‑East and French‑speaking customers. The role combines order processing, showroom hospitality and coordination of sample deliveries to ensure a seamless, world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, prepare correspondence and respond to enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions (approximately 80% of time).
• Maintain the Dubai showroom, including the sample library, café supplies, displays and coordination of cleaning and maintenance services (approximately 20%).
• Communicate order and delivery details with customers and transportation partners, monitor inventory levels and proactively address stock concerns.
• Support the sales team by updating SFDC, creating quotes, generating project reports from Glenigan and providing weekly showroom activity reports.

Required profile

• Strong desire to deliver world‑class customer service with a professional, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; French or German is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the UAE and 1‑2 years of customer‑service experience in a sales or luxury‑brand environment.
