Customer Service Representative – EMEA (Dubai)

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist you will provide virtual and in‑person support to Middle‑East and French‑speaking customers, handling order processing, correspondence and enquiries while ensuring a welcoming environment in the Dubai showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience by performing order entry, maintenance and handling enquiries.
• Communicate order and delivery details with customers and coordinate with transportation partners.
• Monitor orders and inventory to maximise service and reduce handling costs.
• Analyse stock positions and proactively address customer concerns.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, stock library, café supplies and plant services.
• Greet showroom guests, present products and provide literature when the sales team is unavailable.
• Process sample requests and manage sample inventory for customers, architects and designers.
• Support the sales team by updating SFDC, creating quotes and generating project reports from Glenigan.

Required profile

• Desire to deliver world‑class customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
• Proficient computer skills and basic mathematical ability.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• 1‑2 years of customer‑service experience in a sales or premium‑hospitality environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization in the UAE.
• Preferred languages: French, German.
