About the role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Emirati national to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Provide timely support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Required profile
- UAE national (Emirati).
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Positive attitude and a spirit of teamwork.
- Good computer literacy.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
