About the role
This position combines customer service excellence with insurance sales in a fast‑paced call‑center environment. You will assist clients through calls, chats and emails, provide clear guidance on policy coverage, and support the generation and renewal of insurance contracts while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality support across phone, chat and email channels.
- Explain policy coverage, benefits and terms in a clear manner.
- Assist with policy issuance, renewals and respond to claims‑related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Generate quotations and assess customer needs.
- Convert leads into policyholders using effective sales techniques.
- Support renewal processes and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Track performance metrics, lost business and market feedback.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims and internal teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer retention and sales efficiency.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a call‑center or telesales environment.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales and renewal targets.
