About the role
The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering accurate information about the company’s services and handling inquiries and complaints. The role requires proactive communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Document and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, logging each case in the CRM system.
- Follow up with the operations team to ensure timely completion of requests.
- Make outbound calls for surveys, awareness sessions, and follow‑up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure all interactions meet SLA requirements and facilitate smooth handovers to other CSR team members.
Required profile
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably in real‑estate.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Basic computer skills.
