About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers. You will interact directly with clients, address their inquiries, resolve complaints, and help improve the overall customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
- Document interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong background in customer service, support and satisfaction.
- Proven experience enhancing customer experience and achieving high satisfaction scores.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- University degree or diploma; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in the transportation or service industry is advantageous.
- Arabic speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
