Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers across phone, email and chat. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring inquiries are answered quickly and issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on first‑contact resolution.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to refine service processes.
• Assist in onboarding and training new service representatives.
• Track feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience with customer service software and tools.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
