About the role
A leading medical device company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, shipments, and after‑sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing and product availability.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.
- Provide after‑sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts and claims.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Coordinate with internal teams on customer set‑up, billing, logistics and account issues.
- Support sales activities and customer events.
- Process returns, credit and debit notes and monitor blocked accounts.
Required profile
- UAE national (due to nationalization requirements).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics or after‑sales support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
