Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Representative to join our growing remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver professional support across phone, email and live chat, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback and share insights to improve processes.
• Support internal knowledge bases and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
