About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order coordination within a supply chain and logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing through email, phone, and ERP systems.
- Address customer feedback promptly, resolve issues or escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee product availability and timely shipment/delivery.
- Oversee document management, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with SLA requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in an international or export‑focused role.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
