Customer Service Representative (UAE National)

About the role

Wio Bank is looking for a proud Emirati to be the first point of contact for its digital banking customers. You will deliver fast, friendly, and future‑focused support across phone, chat, email, and the mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels with clarity, empathy and speed.
• Guide customers through account setup, service management and new feature usage on the digital platform.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow through until resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
• Monitor feedback, identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance support tools and processes.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑service or client‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Passion for technology, innovation and helping others.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
