Customer Service Representative – UAE National

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide exceptional support to customers of Washmen’s laundry and dry‑cleaning services. The role involves handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels while ensuring a positive, personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and walk‑ins.
• Handle complaints, damage claims, missing items, and service requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on turnaround times, pricing, garment care, and service policies.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate them to relevant teams to prevent future disruptions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely order updates and issue resolution.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Build long‑term relationships through active listening and effective communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in laundry, hospitality, retail, logistics or similar service industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations.
• Positive attitude, empathy and a customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience using CRM systems.
