Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist provides 24/7 support for military, government and contractor personnel on a USAF contract, handling service calls, work requests and facility coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with service call functions and integrate into the Air Force work task tracking system.
• Manage work requests from initiation through completion, including follow‑up with customers and facility managers.
• Coordinate routine inspections, obtain digging, welding and confined‑space permits, and educate customers on request processes.
• Provide operations management support such as customer notification, disruption handling, data management and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of customer service experience with data entry and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of civil engineering workflow and work order scheduling.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance, passport and driver’s license.
