About the role
A full-time Customer Service Support & Receptionist position based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The schedule is 6 days a week, 9 hours per day including a 1-hour break, with Friday working from home and Saturday off.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Manage appointments, schedules and meeting room bookings
- Assist customers with orders, tracking, complaints and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide daily administrative support
- Maintain organized records and update booking calendars
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience
- Professional, friendly and able to manage multiple tasks
Required skills
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, email and scheduling tools
