About the role
The Customer Success Specialist will drive client satisfaction and adoption of AI solutions for schools and universities across the MEA region. You will act as the main liaison for key accounts, ensuring long‑term retention and successful product utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and schools, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of AI solutions across client divisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
- Monitor client performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews to align with client goals and provide training resources.
Required profile
- Proven track record in customer success.
- Previous experience in EdTech or education sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
