Customer Support Agent (English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Support Agent to handle inquiries across email, chat, phone and other channels. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and delivers timely, accurate solutions to English‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and clear solutions to questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Identify recurring problems and share feedback with internal teams.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, call centre, help desk or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, positive and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English for supporting English‑speaking customers.
