About the role

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking waiter to join the team at SS Bucket Biryani in Dubai. The role involves providing polite, professional service to guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience in a busy restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist guests with menu choices and answer questions about dishes.
• Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests professionally.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the restaurant supervisor.
