Cybersecurity Manager – Enterprise & Cloud

About the role

The Manager of Cyber Security leads the enterprise cyber security strategy, operations and governance across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will head a dedicated team protecting servers, networks, cloud platforms and databases while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cyber security roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Establish security policies, standards and procedures for infrastructure, cloud and applications.
• Oversee SOC activities, threat detection, incident response and forensic investigations.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and remediation plans.
• Ensure identity and access management, privilege escalation control and zero‑trust practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits and manage third‑party risk.
• Lead, mentor and develop a cyber security team, defining KPIs and success metrics.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT security experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, IT or related field; master’s preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Securing Windows and Linux servers.
• Cloud security for AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud.
• Kubernetes security and container hardening (CKS a plus).
• Database security for Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL and CouchDB.
• Experience with SOC, SIEM, IDS/IPS and endpoint protection platforms.
• Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and remediation.
• Identity and Access Management, zero‑trust architecture.
