Data & AI Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager is accountable for promoting the company's products and services through a well‑defined strategy and strong partnerships with existing and potential partners. The role focuses on optimizing sales volumes and championing marketing programs across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line in alignment with management.
• Lead partner relations in line with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and visits to existing and potential customers to specify market requirements for current and future products/services.
• Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection, tracking credit and payment performance.
• Generate sales for the entire product/service line to achieve long‑term revenue and profitability.
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company and its services within the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
