Data Analyst – A/B Testing & Experimentation

About the role

You will lead Puffy's experimentation program, turning hypotheses into data‑driven business recommendations. Working with Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and BigQuery, you will design, run and analyse A/B tests that directly influence marketing, UX and development decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full experimentation cycle from hypothesis generation to actionable recommendations.
• Extract and prepare data from Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and BigQuery using SQL and Python.
• Design test plans, conduct statistical analysis, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, development and operations to implement changes based on test results.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines to ensure timely access to experiment data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for conversion optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience writing SQL queries and Python scripts.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
