Data Analyst

About the role

We are recruiting a Data Analyst for a globally recognized e‑commerce organization. The role involves managing data across multiple platforms, ensuring data quality, and delivering insights to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input, maintain, and update data across systems such as QuickSight, SharePoint, and Excel trackers.
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations, defining and monitoring KPIs aligned with team objectives.
• Support evidence‑based decision‑making through timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage end‑to‑end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs using iCIMS.
• Utilize and manage data tools such as Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, and iCIMS.
• Support the development and optimisation of data workflows and operational processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, HR, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling or event coordination.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
