Trainees collect, clean and organize data, perform basic analysis, and support data modeling under the guidance of senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organize data from internal and external sources
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns and key insights
• Support data modeling activities under the guidance of senior team members
• Help prepare reports, dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
• Maintain data documentation and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop analytical and technical skills

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Foundational experience or coursework in data management, including data cleaning, organizing and validation
• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently remotely
• Effective written and verbal communication with non-technical audiences

Required skills

• Spreadsheets and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or R (highly beneficial)
• Data analysis and interpretation of datasets
