Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

dnata is seeking a Manager Data & Analytics to lead its data, analytics, AI and innovation agenda. Based in Dubai, you will shape the roadmap for data-driven decision‑making, operational excellence and business growth across the catering and retail division.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data, Analytics, AI and Innovation roadmap in partnership with Enterprise Data & Analytics and IT.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic analytics and AI priorities and translate them into actionable insights.
• Lead the Business Intelligence function, delivering dashboards, reports and visualisation solutions.
• Monitor performance of data initiatives, establish KPIs and enable self‑service analytics.
• Conduct industry, market and competitive intelligence research to support decision‑making.
• Develop and implement enterprise analytics and AI governance frameworks and value measurement models.
• Oversee operations research activities and ensure delivery of trusted insights.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in data, analytics or AI functions.
• Strong ability to partner with business and corporate stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering business intelligence solutions and dashboards.
• Experience establishing data governance and performance measurement frameworks.
