Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

As a Data & Analytics Manager you will turn Emiratisation data into actionable insight that guides attraction, recruitment, development and retention of UAE national talent. You will own end‑to‑end reporting, dashboards and regulatory submissions, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver accurate, timely Emiratisation reports, management information and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain standardised dashboards and strategic data solutions using Power BI.
• Own month‑end Emiratisation performance reporting covering targets, progress and trends.
• Apply AI tools such as Copilot to accelerate analysis, drafting and insight generation.
• Convert raw multi‑source data into meaningful analysis that supports evidence‑led decisions.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality across reporting cycles.
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain reporting controls, documentation and procedures.
• Partner with the Emiratisation team, HR Business Partners, Service Delivery and business leaders to shape recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in data management, analytics or reporting, including data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Copilot to speed up insight creation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate management information and regulatory submissions.
• Structured approach to investigating discrepancies and improving data quality.
• Ability to communicate complex data and regulatory requirements clearly to multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating professional presentations that translate data into compelling messages.
