Data Analytics Partner (Manager)

About the role

A commercially focused analytics partner who sits close to the business, understands brand needs, and uses data to solve business problems. This role is not a pure data scientist or engineering position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with business/brand stakeholders to understand challenges and identify where analytics can add value.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and the central AI/Analytics function.
• Conduct regular monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities across customer, merchandise, commercial performance and personalization.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and recommendations using regression, predictive analysis and segmentation.
• Collaborate with the analytics/data team in India to deliver complex analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Manager level with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Commercially minded with the ability to work as an individual contributor.
• Strong understanding of retail business dynamics and customer data.
