Data Center Operations Engineer

About the role

The Data Center Operations team in Hatta is looking for an experienced engineer to manage commissioning, cooling, power, monitoring and compliance of our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design rack layouts, enforce cabling standards and oversee hardware installation.
• Plan power distribution, redundancy and failover mechanisms.
• Manage CRAC units, HVAC systems, airflow optimization and hot/cold aisle containment.
• Maintain UPS systems, PDUs, generators and perform electrical load balancing.
• Use DCIM tools (Schneider EcoStruxure, Sunbird, Nlyte) for real‑time monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with TIA‑942, ASHRAE standards and physical security protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data‑center environment.
