About the role
This full‑time remote position at Fix‑Gap Consults focuses on designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimise ETL processes and data models for internal and client projects.
- Manage data‑warehousing solutions, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot data issues.
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
Required profile
- Strong background in data engineering, data warehousing, and data modelling.
- Experience working independently in a remote environment and communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Programming in Python, Java or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data quality, governance and security best practices.
