Data Entry Operator

About the role

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to enter, update, verify and maintain company information in digital systems and databases. The position is full-time and requires on-site work in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness before saving records.
• Review documents and identify missing, incorrect or duplicate information.
• Maintain and organise electronic records and files, and scan, upload and process documents when required.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports and data records, and correct data entry errors.
• Retrieve information and provide records to authorised departments, and coordinate with other departments to collect and verify data.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and follow company procedures for data management and documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in computer applications or administration is an advantage.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration or office support is preferred, but freshers with good computer skills may apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.

Required skills

• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with email, online databases and office software.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational and time-management skills, and basic written and verbal English.
