Data Entry Specialist

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join its administrative team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining accurate digital records, processing documents, and supporting multiple departments with reliable data management.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update company, client, financial, and administrative information into databases and internal systems.
• Review source documents, verify data accuracy, and correct errors, duplicates, or missing information.
• Prepare and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and routine data reports.
• Organize, scan, upload, and archive digital documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist accounting with invoice, payment, expense, and transaction entries.
• Support HR and administration with employee records and authorized data.
• Retrieve information from databases and generate accurate reports on request.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client, financial, and company information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify incomplete or inconsistent data.
• Ensure proper backup and filing of important digital records and meet processing deadlines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, accounting support, or a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
