Data Governance Tech Lead – Collibra

About the role

The client is looking for a Data Governance Tech Lead with deep Collibra expertise to strengthen and expand enterprise data‑governance capabilities in Dubai. You will own the Collibra platform, drive workflow optimisation and ensure data‑quality and metadata management meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and scale the Collibra platform, including DGC, operating models, catalog connectors, Jobserver and Edge.
• Design, develop and maintain Collibra workflows using Eclipse/Workflow Designer and Groovy scripting.
• Implement data‑quality frameworks and oversee metadata management across the organisation.
• Integrate Collibra with Azure services and support application‑level issues.
• Lead migration activities and ensure platform reliability, compliance and performance.

Required profile

• At least two successful Collibra implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Collibra DGC, operating models, catalog connectors, Jobserver and Edge.
• Hands‑on experience with Collibra REST APIs, workflow development, Eclipse/Workflow Designer and Groovy.
• Proven ability to build data‑governance frameworks and support migration efforts.
• Familiarity with Azure; Python experience is a plus.
• Available immediately or on very short notice.
