About the role
Provide data engineering, analytics, and dashboard development support to Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions by designing scalable pipelines, creating Tableau and Power BI dashboards, and delivering machine‑learning solutions that boost data‑driven decision‑making and AI innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimise scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL/MySQL.
- Build, enhance, and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards with governed KPIs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical assessments to generate insights for operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and evaluate predictive analytics and machine‑learning models using scikit‑learn.
- Create and deploy lightweight analytics applications and proof‑of‑concept solutions with Streamlit.
- Support AI, NLP, and Generative AI initiatives through experimentation and prototyping.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, dashboards, and code repositories.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL/MySQL for data manipulation and modelling.
- Strong expertise in data visualisation and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of exploratory data analysis, statistical techniques, and machine‑learning concepts.
- Experience developing and deploying analytics solutions with Streamlit and exposure to AI platforms like Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with collaborative development environments and version‑control tools (Git/GitHub, Jupyter/Colab, VS Code, PyCharm).
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, stakeholder communication, attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset, supported by a relevant quantitative degree.
