Dealer Relationship Executive - Used Car Dealers (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Dubizzle Group, which owns Bayut and Dubizzle, is hiring a Dealer Relationship Executive to onboard and manage used car dealers. The role provides quality customer service while building dealer relationships that generate business according to the company's business models. Arabic speakers are sought.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and margins
• Build a dealer database to support sales targets
• Manage and market dealer relationships to meet quality, pricing and volume objectives
• Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback
• Design dealer segregation
• Negotiate effectively to secure the highest margins
• Update the system on time and meet with all dealers weekly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Valid UAE driver's license
• 1-3 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases and management
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market
• Strong segmentation, negotiation, marketing and sales skills
• Analytical, data-driven outlook; ambitious, competitive and a team player
