About the role
Clear Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join its fast‑growing talent consultancy focused on the data‑center sector. You will work alongside senior consultants and directors, supporting global clients in sourcing top‑tier talent.
Key responsibilities
- Generate CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
- Source candidates through job boards, internal databases and LinkedIn.
- Create and market job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Manage a hot permanent recruitment desk, specialising in a niche vertical.
- Collaborate with clients worldwide to understand hiring needs.
Required profile
- Commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and eager to become a specialist recruiter.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high‑performing culture.
