Demand Creation Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Demand Creation Specialist for Unilever Food Solutions in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the food‑service sector. You will work closely with chefs, restaurant owners and other HORECA customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions from our extensive product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, providing product recommendations and demand‑creation strategies.
• Identify market trends and emerging culinary preferences to shape promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, innovation) to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Track sales performance, forecast demand and report insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food‑service or HORECA industry.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse customer data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
