About the role

Join the culinary team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Demi Chef de Partie. You will support the smooth operation of the restaurant kitchen, ensuring high‑quality food preparation and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all kitchen activities, maintaining safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of restaurant concepts and standards.
• Recommend menu changes based on seasonal product availability and local market trends.
• Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to guarantee consistent quality.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and proper storage, dating and rotation of all items.
• Manage kitchen assets and equipment, ensuring proper care and documentation.
• Participate in departmental training and mentor team members.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental communication and cooperation.
• Oversee adherence to cleaning schedules and departmental checklists.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and genuine warmth in guest service.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
